1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under specific conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered (different from order confirmation)
- Missing items in bulk shipment
- Manufacturing defects reported within the return window
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery along with proper proof (unboxing video/images).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Products used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Bulk clearance or discounted special-sale items (if mentioned)
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Issues reported after the return window
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Blinkzio support with your order ID
- Share images or video proof of the issue
- Our team will verify the claim
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or replacement (based on availability)
Returns without valid proof may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Replacement Policy
Where possible, Blinkzio prefers offering replacements instead of refunds:
- Faster resolution for defective or wrong items
- Subject to stock availability
- Replacement will be shipped after verification
6. Bulk Order Terms
Since Blinkzio deals in bulk orders:
- Minor variations in packaging or batch may occur
- Quality issues must be reported for the entire affected batch
- Partial returns may be allowed after inspection
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Custom or bulk-prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation
